1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1-2 working days, and delivery takes 4-7 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer. You’ll get a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through Razorpay and PhonePe (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is dispatched. Email thefoxiebeauty@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8903129423 with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders can’t be cancelled.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Our products are non-returnable, as beauty products are hygiene-sensitive. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
